  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price agreed upon will remain fixed unless there are additional services requested by the client.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of services must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Absolute Solution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, staff availability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

5. Access to Property

  • The client must ensure that Absolute Solution has clear and safe access to the property at the agreed-upon time. This includes access to all areas that require cleaning or organizing services.

  • If access is denied or unsafe conditions are present, we reserve the right to refuse service, and the client may be liable for a cancellation fee.

6. Client Obligations

  • The client must disclose any hazardous conditions, including but not limited to, dangerous chemicals, sharp objects, or infestations.

  • The client must secure valuable items, important documents, or personal belongings. Absolute Solution is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items unless it is proven to be due to the negligence or intentional misconduct of our staff.

7. Liability and Damages

  • Absolute Solution will take all reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or accidental damages that occur during the service.

  • In the event of significant damage directly caused by our staff, the client must notify Absolute Solution within 24 hours of the service. Failure to do so may result in the denial of any claims.

  • Any compensation for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided on the day the damage occurred.

8. Use of Cleaning Products

  • Absolute Solution uses industry-standard cleaning products. If the client requests specific products, it must be communicated at the time of booking.

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other health issues arising from the use of cleaning products unless caused by negligence on our part.
